Tow Hooks installed

While Doug installed the radio, Bill worked on the tow hooks. We hope to never need the tow hooks, but it seemed like a bad idea to go on this trip without them. Maybe we'll use them to tow out others?

These are Mopar tow hooks, so the install was easy. The first step was to remove the front bumper.



Then, a backing plate was installed behind the stock bumper bracket.


The Mopar "M" shaped tow hook is then bolted on the bracket.


The whole assembly is then bolted back to the frame rails, waiting for the bumper to be re-installed.
